Thank you for checking me out! I’m Shannon Helms and I am the designer and creator of all things sweet here at Cakin’ Care of Business.
My specialties are moist, delicious cakes and custom sugar cookies for all occasions. I love to think outside the box and create truly unique desserts to exceed everyone’s expectations. I take great pride in providing excellent customer service and a sweet experience for any event.
I am proud to be one of few Nebraska bakers to own an Eddie edible printer. I can print custom designs, images and logos on a variety of food products. Candy, cookies, donuts, marshmallows, etc!

Custom Cakes in Arapahoe, NE

All cakes are made to order using the freshest ingredients. I specialize in fondant covered sculpted cakes and wedding cakes but can make any style of cake you need!

Decorated Cookies in Arapahoe, NE

All cookies are 3/8″ thick and large cookies are 3″-4″ in diameter while medium size cookies are 2”-3” in diameter. Mini cookies are also available. Sugar cookies are available in a variety of flavors. Chose from Classic Sugar, Chocolate Sugar, Lemon Sugar, Peanut Butter Sugar, Sprinkle Sugar, Chocolate Chip Sugar and a seasonal flavor. CUPPA Cakes in Arapahoe, NE

CUPPA Cakes are regular sized cupcakes with all of the drama removed! They are packaged in a cup and have a lid so they can be enjoyed anywhere with no mess! They can be filled and/or just frosted and created in many different shapes and styles. Fondant or mini cookie toppers can be made to match any theme to make your CUPPA Cakes truly unique!
