Flavors, Frostings and Fillings
Cake Flavors
Our moist sponge cake is available in the following flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Marble, Strawberry, Lemon, Spice, Red Velvet (available in any color), Peanut Butter and Carrot.
Buttercream Frosting Flavors
Our buttery buttercream comes in the following flavors:
Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, Lemon, Strawberry, Maple, Peppermint and Coconut.
Filling Options
All layer cakes come with vanilla buttercream in between the layers. You are welcome to customize your dessert with one of the following fillings:
Fruit fillings are available in cherry, strawberry, apple, lemon, pineapple, peach or pear.
Buttercream fillings are available in any of the buttercream flavors listed above.
Marshmallow Cream
We have put together some recommended combinations in the next section. Please take a look at some of our Signature Flavors if you want something tested and taste bud approved!
Signature Flavors
- *Pina Colada-white cake made with coconut milk. Filled with a layer of pineapple, brown sugar and toasted coconut and covered with coconut buttercream.
- *Grasshopper Cake – Devil’s Food chocolate cake (with choc chips optional) with a layer of rich chocolate and creamy peppermint filling.
- *Chocolate Peanut Butter- Decadent chocolate cake with a layer of crunchy peanut butter filling and finished with creamy peanut butter buttercream.
- *Fruit cobbler cake- Vanilla cake filled with brown sugar and fruit. Available in strawberry, blueberry, peach, cherry and apple.
- *PB&J – Layers of peanut butter cake with layers of peanut butter buttercream and strawberry jam or grape jelly. Can substitute any other flavor jam or jelly.
- *Campfire Cake-Rich chocolate cake filled with marshmallow cream, topped with vanilla buttercream, graham cracker pieces, mini marshmallows and chocolate topping.
- *Chocolate Beer Cake- Rich chocolate cake soaked with Stout beer and filled with rich, beer buttercream.
- *Zebra Cake- Chocolate and vanilla cakes layered in zebra pattern. Available in almost any color combination!
- *Chocolate Covered Candy Cane – Rich chocolate cake with layers of chocolate peppermint icing and crushed candy canes.
- *Sugar and Spice Cake – Spice cake with delicious maple buttercream.
- *Spiced Pear Cake – Spice cake filled with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pears.
- *24 Karat Cake – Dense, moist carrot cake with raisins, walnuts, pineapple, coconut and rich cream cheese frosting. (Can be made with or without additives above.)
