Weekday Indoor Hourly Rate $40
This would be any reservation of the indoor room between Monday 7 am and Friday 5 pm.
Weekend Indoor Hourly Rate $50
This would be any reservation of the indoor room between Friday 5 pm and Sunday 10pm.
Weekday Outdoor Hourly Rate $90
This would be any reservation of the outdoor space (which includes the indoor room/restroom) between Monday 7 am and Friday 5 pm.
Weekend Outdoor Hourly Rate $100
This would be any reservation of the outdoor space (which includes the indoor room/restroom) between Friday 5pm and Sunday 10 pm.

In our ongoing commitment to remain a considerate neighbor, ALL outdoor events must move indoors after 10 pm. Indoor rates apply for usage between 10 pm - 12 am.
